The Free plan is perfect for trying out GPS route art. You can create up to 5 routes per year using our basic Heart and Star shapes for road running or cycling. This gives you a taste of what Kakeru can do without any financial commitment.
The Pro plan unlocks the full creative potential of Kakeru. Create up to 30 routes per year with access to all shape types, freehand drawing, text routes, and off-road hiking, swimming/kayaking with elevation data. This plan is ideal for regular users who want to create GPS art for special occasions, celebrations, and personal milestones throughout the year.
The Unlimited plan is designed for power users, coaches, and teams. Create as many routes as you want with all Pro features plus unlimited text characters, priority support, and early access to new features. Perfect for running coaches, training groups, or anyone who creates GPS art frequently.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to your current plan's features until the end of the paid period.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through our secure payment processor, Stripe. All transactions are encrypted and secure.
Yes. All paid plans come with a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your subscription for any reason, contact us at draw@kakeru.run within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked.
Route limits are counted annually from your subscription start date. For example, if you subscribe on February 16, 2026, your route count resets on February 16, 2027. Free users get 5 routes per year, Pro users get 30 routes per year, and Unlimited users have no route limits. Unused routes do not carry over to the next year.
Absolutely. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the customer portal. You will retain full access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period.
Your previously created routes remain accessible as GPX files that you've downloaded. However, if you downgrade or cancel, you will lose access to premium features like freehand drawing, text routes, and off-road hiking for future route creation. Your account will revert to the Free plan features.

Free and Pro subscriptions are for individual use only. The Unlimited plan includes team sharing features (coming soon) that will allow you to share access with up to 5 team members. Each person will need their own Kakeru account.
